Answer: | When I first started cooking the gyro meat at home I would use a roasting pan whith beef broth and water in the bottom.I would cover the meat with foil for the first 20 min the uncover for about 10 at 350. I recently built a new house which has a built in steamer I set it to 180 and steamed the meat for 25 min when I took it out the meat had created its own juices since my family likes a few crispy pieces I put the meat in the bottom piece of the roasting pan at 350 along with nat. Juice and baked for 10 min by far the best way |
