Answer:	I have ordered this jerky several times and on a couple of occasions it was too moist for me. It seemed like it was "rare". I went to the return button and complained that it was more moist than I wanted and they sent me another package. I threw away the moist package. I don't like it that moist either.

Answer:	Zoom in on the label in the first picture. It lists the ingredients including hydrolyzed corn protein (made by boiling corn in hydrochloric acid and then neutralizing the solution with sodium hydroxide), monosodium glutamate, potassium sorbate, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite. Yuck.

Answer:	There are about 80-90 silver dollar size pieces. I thought that was pretty good and have reordered. My last batch was soft and chewable like it was really fresh.

Answer:	I"ve never had a bag long enough to worry about any kind of expiration date! However, that being said, new bag arrived today has expiration of 6/24/21, if that helps!

Answer:	Unfortunately, I can't really answer that easily. Since it is natural jerky, there is a lot of variation to the sizes and shapes of the pieces. There were many pieces in the 1 pound bag I bought, but some individual pieces might be as large as 4-6 other pieces combined. For an event where you want everyone to get approximately equal amounts, you may want a different product. I believe this company also sells beef sticks that may be more predictable, but I have not purchased them yet.
Question:	What is the shelf life
Answer:	Moldy upon opening for me. Hard Times jerky is the best I’ve found for TRUE, old-style jerky.
Question:	does this have monosodium glutemate in it as part of the natural spices
Answer:	There is NO monosodium glutemate (MSG) in this ingredient list. Under USDA guidelines, MSG would have be labelled outside of natural spices. The natural spices in this recipe include things like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, etc.
