Sorghum flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, GF oat bran, molasses, honey, GF natural flavors, baking soda, salt, grainleas and aluminum free baking powder, potato starch, xanthim gum and cinnamon. They are delish...taste exactly like regular graham crackers but they are thicker. Several were broken in my box this order (not in previous orders). I have a French macaron business and grate them into and onto some of my macaron flavors (like strawberry cheesecake macarons) so I don’t care if some are broken. My celiac husband like to eat them out of the box as a sweet treat after dinner. They are great and I highly recommend them!

They do not hold up well in a soup, they tend to get soft right away, but the taste is still there.

Answer:	No. There are large 6 packs that contain 6 individually wrapped packets of 6 double crackers. So, 216 double crackers. About $.17 per double cracker. Although that may seem expensive still, if you must be GF and long for the best table cracker (saltine), IMO, this is the brand to buy. I have found them in Safeway and Walmart for between $5-$6 per package. Works out to about the same cost per double cracker. But I live in Hawaii; everything is expensive.

Answer:	yes and no. The batch I received from Amazon was quite broken up. However, when I bought them in Colorado at the local City Market they seemed better and could hold up with peanut butter. Answer:	Each box has two cellophane wrapped packages inside. Each cellophane wrapped package has 10 crackers. The entire order I receive is 3 boxes that are also wrapped in cellophane.
