Answer:	I believe it has no allergens. It has very unhealthy ingredients like sugar and processed, refined things (cannot remember which ones) it is delicious and nice to eat when everyone has birthday cake. Definitely has dairy.

Answer:	This was delivered in mid afternoon on a hot day. It came packed in the white Amazon freezer packets used to keep food cold. That worked very well. It was probably 95% frozen, so I put it in the freezer. A week later I took it out and it was mostly eaten at a birthday party. So, yes ours was frozen. For an off the shelf deliver to the door item, I think it is remarkably tasty. It is not a health food but in small doses is acceptable nutritionally.

Answer:	The normal ingredients found in good pannttone. Wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, citron, golden raisins and nuts. This is not a diet item. I found it fresh upon arrival and I know good panettone. I lived in Florence for many years.

Answer:	The two leading sugar alcohols are Xylitol and Erythritol. The ingredients does not specify which. Both are excellent sugar substitutes; very low glycemic index (near zero). Xylitol actually has a mild anti biotic property that is used in some nose spray products. Erythritol emparts a cool tasting sweetness (cool as in low temp, not as in "really cool"). Both are great sweeteners.
Question:	what is the carb count on these
Answer:	The new package (for the lemon, which somehow linked me to this bar) is: 24g total, 13 sugar alcohol, 0g sugar, 0g fiber. I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure this means that it is 11g of net carbs and not as "Low GI" as it purports to be.

Answer:	Ingredients: Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Vegetable Glycerin, Maltitol Syrup, Cashew Butter, Water, Sunflower Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Lecithin, Natural Flavor, Salt, Citric Acid, Monk Fruit Extract. CONTAINS: TREE NUTS (CASHEW), MILK, AND SOY.
Question:	You do not have full disclosure of all of the ingredients on your products. Why? You say no sugar. What do you sweetnen them with
Answer:	It's sweetened with glycerol, the second ingredient. That is why there is 21g of sugar alcohol instead of sugar. Sugar alcohols don't affect blood sugar as much as sucrose (delays release a tiny bit), but glycerol is the closest sugar alcohol, and in fact has more kcals/gram than sugar. Sugar alcohols don't fully break down, leading to bloating and diarrhea.

Answer:	I dont currently have this information. To be honest.. I have never looked at nutrition. I have Celiac and they make several gluten free cakes that that delicious! Its difficult to find delicious GF options. Especially when it comes to cakes and breads. So things like calories and nutrient values when it comes to a desert like this is not a concern. Its a special treat that I have every now and again. If you are looking for nutrition, I would say this is not for you.
