Answer:	I emailed the company about this very question I had. This is the response I received back! Thank you for your email. The Organic Superfoods product is far less about servings of fruits and veggies and vitamin/mineral content as it is about antioxidants and polyphenols - compounds that are not measured on the Nutrition Facts Panel. The ORAC value (Antioxidant value) is very high and each serving has 5 billion probiotics from Bacillus subtilis, 7g of organic fiber and a wide spectrum of phytonutrients. This is a small amount of a spectrum of 50 different superfoods per scoop so it not meant to replace say several servings of broccoli. It is really meant to be a complement to, not a replacement for, a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of real fruits and vegetables. Answer:	Not sure. All I know is I searched HIGH & low for a Green SuperFood that was not exorbitantly priced and had NO GMO's in it. Answer:	My body reacted to this fairly soon. I liked it so much that I never skipped a dose! The inflammation effected my IBS so I took it with that in mind as well. It was wonderful. I use past tense because I have had a total hip and a total shoulder replacement since August ‘19. My inflammation is down and I do not use this at present, but it was a necessity for a good while.
