Answer:	No, I never refrigerated these packages and it was completely fine to use.

Answer:	It is not maple syrup, it is pancake syrup which definitely are not the same thing. This is like the restaurant type of packaging for syrup that keeps it more sanitary than using a single pancake syrup bottle for multiple customers. Again, this is NOT maple syrup.

Answer:	I currently don't have any on hand, but I believe it is just about 100 calories per unit. I think it was between 100 -105 calories - as that is one reason I bought it in the first place so I would be able to count the calories and not over use the pancake syrup.

Answer:	The packets do not have the experiation date on them. This considered a restaurant case and thus would be used quickly. Answer:	(1.) The serving size is 100g, which is not quite a cup or a little more than a fifth of the whole package. (2.) This is the same label on the actual package. (3.) No added sugar, just peanuts!

Question:	Is your product kosher
Answer:	Pb2 tastes better because it has sugar in it, this still tastes very good, but if you want the 'jarred peanut butter taste' then you would need to add sugar when you mix it up. Also mix with milk rather than water if you are going to eat it straight away, i think it makes it taste creamier. I prefer this product over Pb2 because of the no added sugar.

Answer:	Protien Plus is 100% all peanuts. When comparing nutritional info be aware of the serving size! Protien Plus says 1/4 cup (= 4 Tabelspoons) where others say half that or 2 Tablespoons ALSO PB products has added salt and sugar

Question:	What does "curd" mean
Answer:	I do not know the specific answer regarding this product; however, my general answer regarding flour and powdered products is: yes you can freeze to prolong shelf life. I would recommend an air-tight glass jar with a metal lid. This type of container will prevent the product from developing an off-taste due to freezer storage. And every time there is need to use the product, just take it out of the freezer 1 hour before use, to allow the product to reach the temperature before you open the jar. Doing so, will prevent any significant moisture from being introduced into the product when you open the jar. That is my 2 cents, and my own general experience in the kitchen has shown me that this should work well for you. Give it a try if you like. Good luck.
