Answer:	i am very sensitive to chemicals and their tastes and smells and i have no problem with this product at all and enjoy it i am not a huge fan of anything processed at all but after a cold virus and being on cold meds for weeks my salivary glands blocked and i used this sour tasting product medicinally and preventively to keep my salivary glands working well i also eat it as a handy snack to carry with me with nuts too so i always have food on me so i wont get low blood sugar they are very portable i do like them a lot an d they are pretty clean.

Montmorency Tart Cherry Spritzer

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen Montmorency tart cherries thawed
• 2 tablespoons 100% Montmorency tart cherry Concentrate
• 8 teaspoons superfine white sugar
• 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
• 3 cups wild cherry-flavored sparkling water
• Optional: fresh lime for garnish
• Pebble or crushed ice

Directions

• Set out 4 glasses.
• Divide the cherries evenly among the glasses.
• Add in 1/2 tablespoon Montmorency tart cherry Concentrate, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves into each glass.
• Mash everything together with the back of a wooden spoon.

• 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried Montmorency tart cherries, coarsely chopped

Our Cherries are produced from frozen pitted Montmorency red tart cherries. The sweetened cherries are thawed and infused with a sugar solution until a specified Brix level is reached. They are then dried to the specified moisture level, lightly sprayed with oil, inspected, and packaged. Answer:	I don’t know but it has added sugar
Question:	Are these sour cherries or regular cherries? the title says tart but the package says cherries
Answer:	The net 3 lb package of the First Choice Candy brand that I received in April 2020 contained absolutely no tart (Montmorency) cherries. I compared them to the remainder of a package (different brand) containing only tart cherries. Tart cherries are not only tart, but are noticably smaller than all other varieties. The variety of cherry found in the bag of First Choice Candy bag was at least 50% larger than a tart cherry.
Question:	The label only shows "cherries". Can anyone tell what type of cherry these are? Such as Tart or Black
Answer:	Sorry, had to open the bag, they seem to be the same as 'bing cherries' that I got from another source. They are moist, NOT bitter, and the second ingredient on the label is sugar, but I would say it was 'lightly' used. Taste great, not as sweet as raisins, but somehow once you start munching they are great. Bought mine for cookies and moist fruit cake. They are much less sweet than the green and red marachinos. Answer:	Yes, as stated in our About this item section on the product page, it lists sulfur dioxide as an ingredient for color rentention and as a preservative. Thanks!
