Question:	What is the measure of 1 serving
Answer:	The label on the bag says one serving is 28g. I weighed that out on my kitchen scale and it was around half a cup. But the label also says there are 12 servings per container, which definitely doesn't add up since the bag is 2 pounds, which is about 900 grams. So either there are a lot more than 12 servings, or the serving size is a lot bigger than 28 grams.

Answer:	I checked the Gerbs website. It doesn't say anything about USDA organic. It only mentions that it's organic.

Answer:	No, there are no chemicals used during or preservative used after the drying process.
Question:	Have the quality issues been resolved like insects in bags that ive read in reviews
Answer:	As a former commercial food buyer for catering and restaurants, I recall two incidents in a period of about five years where an insect (not a foreign object) was found. Once in a case of frozen green beans (that came from a vendor my boss didn’t like), and the other was on the plate in a restaurant. In the latter case I’ve seen people bring insects in an empty prescription bottle and place on their plate in order to get their meal free, or in the cases in Washington, DC, to threaten to sue in an attempt to receive compensation. In thbest and most sanitary of conditions, the odd insect can appear, for whatever reason in rare instances. I now sell fresh produce, and we get the odd “poison pen” review online that we lie about prices (ad errors/typos), we’re out of specials after customer allegedly drove sixty miles to save $1 and my favorite: there was a bug on the ear of fresh picked corn. I would not worry about the isolated “Insect” incident.

Answer:	I've never tried but I believe they will probably stay semi crunchy. If you want them soft I would soak them before adding to oatmeal.

Answer:	You can dehydrate in a low temp home oven or freeze dry in a very expensive freeze drier, both processes due the same thing, remove moisture. Read the label, there is no honey its sugar. As for flavoring and additives. Everything on this planet is made up of some of the 108 elements. Every flavoring comes in the form of the chemicals that flavor the original. The fact that we can reproduce them don't make them bad. Same goes for the preservatives most are natural chemicals that preserve the fruits and vegatables, just because you can't pronounce them that don't make them bad. Answer:	Look for the review by "ToddFather" made April 29, 2020. Title: Nutritional facts don't add up. Here is the POTASSIUM piece 🤏🏼 of it: "...To top it off, the potassium content is not listed, but everyone knows bananas are high in potassium. I did some research on this and found that banana chips do have potassium, but not nearly as much as their 'fresh' counterpart. One ounce contains around 150 grams, whereas one banana supplies over 400 grams. Although the taste of the chips is decent, I can’t get past the fact that they’re not very good for you. Unless your using them to make homemade trail mix or eating them very sparingly, I would save my money and stick to fresh bananas. Oh, and in case you were wondering, they’re made in Thailand and distributed by Bare." (Actually their baked in Thailand and grown somewhere near. This was their response. Lastly, the older the banana is the less potassium it has ..catch my drift? 😉)
