Answer:	Each tub has a "best by date" on it, and you should refrigerate after opening. Since I don't use it every day, I freeze it both before and after opening. Due to its consistency, it softens fairly quickly, and even right out of the freezer, you can use a spoon or fork to scrape out just the amount you need.

Answer:	I received an order of 2 units yesterday, packed in the new paper bag packaging, which can be recycled. One of the containers was dented. The lid was off enough that part of the product had leaked/ sifted into the packaging. I faulted this leakage in the packaging. It makes no sense for a product like this to have been sent in a mailing bag rather than a box.
Question:	is this broth supposed to meet Almased's diet recommendation for vegetable broth
Answer:	No this broth is not recommended because the sodium is way too high. Almased recommends either making the broth yourself or substituting with low sodium veggie juice (i.e. Low Sodium V8) and they recommend no more than 32 ounces of the veggie juice per day. Answer:	Package does not state that it is gluten free, but I am extremely sensitive to gluten, ( I have Celiac's ), and have been using it a long time with no problems. It is absolutely delicious. It does have corn syrup solids that I believe are not listed on the site, if that would be a problem for you. It does not have a sweet taste.
