Question:	can you freeze it to extend it's shelf life
Answer:	I can't give you a positive answer, YET, because that's what I'm doing and not enough time has past to see the results. I think it is important to freeze the portion first in a easily removable container before vacuum packing the product for long term storage back in the freezer. It would be smart to break up what you want to freeze into various small serving size portions so you may have what you need at the moment without disturbing the lot. I would suggest an ice cube tray to do the initial freezing. The cubes of product could then be popped out into a single freezer bag,. spread out, vacuumed and then placed in the freezer.

Answer:	I always refrigerate and keep capped when not in use. I also always use a clean spoon to remove the product. I have had the base become a tad dry, but a teaspoon of tap water fixed the problem. With all that said, I have never experienced the product going bad. My thinking is that the salt base of the product acts as a really good preservative.
Question:	What is the carb content per serving? What are all the ingredients? I need to read labels for health reasons - can't have sugar at all in any form
Answer:	On the product label: Total carb 2g. Sugars less than 1g. Protein less than 1g. Total fat 1.0g. Cholesterol less than 5 mg. Sodium 750mg. That is "per serving size" = 3/4 tsp which makes 1 cup prepared.

Answer:	It is a paste and it's so delicious. Makes the best broth or whatever else you can think to use it in!!! I highly recommend! Needs to be refrigerated, however will last a year.

1/2 oz, White wine vinegar

Answer:	I would say (especially compared to other chicken stocks we have cooked with) yes I would describe it as low sodium. We generally add a bit more salt when using this in recipes. It is really a great cooking asset! The flavor is real rather than the "fake salty" chicken supplements normally found on the grocery store shelves.
