Answer:	Okay, old question, but I don't like seeing the wrong answer up as the only one that seems to address the question. Short answer, if there's less than .5 grams of trans fat/serving, companies can claim that their product is trans fat free. So make the serving size small enough, and everything could legally be called trans fat free. And fully hydrogenated oils can't have trans fats - "trans" has to do with which side of a carbon atom the single hydrogen attached to (if it's on the other side, it's a cis fat) and fully hydrogenated oils have hydrogens on both sides. They're still not good for you, but not because they're trans fats.

Very simply I use a half stick of butter, 2or 3 cloves of garlic shredded, red pepper flakes, tbsp. oil, a half of lemon, chicken broth and white wine. Take a dozen shrimp and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sautee half stick of butter, with a tablespoon of oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimp for two minutes on each side. Remove shrimp. Deglaze pan with wine. Add chicken broth, lemon and pouch of Campbell's. Whisk together and return shrimp. Lower heat and cook for ten minutes. At same time cook pasta. Salt water generously. When pasta is aldente, transfer to scampi and cool five minutes more. Serve with garlic bread.

Answer:	Mine were not dented. Most likely it was the shipper who dented them unfortunately. You should be able to get a refund or replacement. I am sorry you got dented cans, happens to me with cat food and it is always the shipper that does it. The box should be an indication of what happened to your cans hopefully. Shepherd's Pie made with Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
• 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 package (about 10 oz.) frozen peas & carrots or your favorite vegetable combination (about 1 1/2 cups)
• 2 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F. While heating, season the beef. Cook beef & onion in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup, ketchup & peas and carrots in the skillet. Spoon the mashed potatoes over the beef mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are lightly browned.

15-Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner made with Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

• 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 small or 2 large cut in half crosswise)
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 2 cups uncooked instant white rice
• 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

Directions

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
2. Stir the soup, 1 1/2 cups water and paprika in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the rice and broccoli. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle the chicken with additional paprika. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is done and the rice is tender. Season to taste before serving.

Green Bean Casserole made with Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

• 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 dash black pepper
• 4 cups cooked cut green beans
• 1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions

Directions

1. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
