Answer:	Definitely not mustardy or vinegary. It is Kansas City style which is a tomato and molasses base. Think of Kraft Original. However, the spices and extra's in GATES is the bomb!!! It is spicy, but almost everyone one can handle it, might be too much for some kids. They make a sweet and a hot, I do not care for either one, just original for me. If your lookin for a Vinegary sauce then Kansas City has one of the best in Arthur Byrants Sauce! I like it for a change of pace once in a while.
