Answer:	This Chili sauce does not need to be refrigerated until it has been opened the first time. After it has been opened then it should be refrigerated to extend it's usefulness. Trust me it won't be around long after it has been opened as it will have been consummed. I keep mine in the pantry or cupboards until I open it for use. It's then consummed within a couple of days, it's that good.. You can forget about leftovers as there won't be much.

Answer:	Either way...add beans & burger for chili or use as a condiment instead of ketchup. I use it solely as a condiment on pastie meat pies.

Simple Gochujang Fried Rice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil. 3 large eggs, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 cups cooked rice, 3 tablespoons KPOP Gochujang Sauce (add more for additional kick!), 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional), 1/3 cup chopped green onions or scallions (optional).

Directions

Add olive oil to pan and turn stove to medium heat. Add the two large eggs and soy sauce to begin scrambling. As the egg starts to cook, add the rice. Flatten the rice and eggs across the pan and add one more egg. As you mix in the third egg, mix in KPOP Gochujang Sauce. Continue to mix and stir until eggs are fully cooked. Top off with sesame seeds and chopped green onions/scallions (optional)
