Answer:	Yes it works well for sauces. I have used it to make a Thai peanut sauce for a Thai pizza. Any liquid can be used to make a sauce. The Thai sauce was soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water and ground ginger. You can also make as directed on the label and use in any recipe that calls for peanut butter.

Question:	Which flavor is the most delicious? I am very picky with protein shakes. Which taste best between chocolate and stawberry
Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	$25.06 for a dozen 11.5oz bottles. The cookies and cream taste amazing, I love it! 1 bottle keeps me from feeling hungry for about 5-6 hours
Question:	i put mine in freezer and get them slushy. then i was told if i freeze it take the protein out. is this true
Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Answer:	I have not used the unflavored one in this brand, however I have used other non flavored egg white protein powders and they have no flavor which is ideal for cooking and baking. This brand is a good product, therefore the unflavored one has to be good as all the other items.

Answer:	I wouldn't buy the unflavored version at all. You'd think that it would have no flavor, but that is a wrong assumption. It has a weird taste, which will change the flavor of your green drink. I'm not sure if the vanilla flavor would be better, but I'd try it anyway. At least if you don't like it with the green drink, it will taste great with fruit shakes.

Question:	Are these the plastic bottles or the cartons with the screwtop lid
Answer:	Every single time I get these protein shakes they have always come in plastic bottles. They go right into the recycle bin when I’m done. I have never received anything with collapsible material. I ordered two boxes each month and I’ve had them for over a year and a half. I’ve lost 46 1/2 pounds so far between using that to supplement my food intake to meet my calorie budget along with the wonderful things I learned following Noom! 🤩

Answer:	I didnt know they had because haven't ordered yet. Probably due to the situation now and if people want something they either pay or dont get.

Answer:	The 11.5 oz is $23.99, and the 14 oz is $30.43. The nutritional components per bottle are exactly the same. The larger size contains more water, so you're paying $6 more for a heavier, watered down product.
Question:	Did anyone notice any changes in their bodies physically with daily use of this drink
Answer:	I've lost 38+ pounds in 4 months, and i'm beginning March, 2016 with great success! I planned ahead and managed carefully through Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm now beginning the 5th month. I hope to plan carefully for March now! I want/need to lose another 40 pounds by keeping up my routine of 'being prepared' and never being without a 'shake' within reach! When I do have a 'snack attack', I think it through, and drink a shake! I like the vanilla flavor well enough to drink it at 'room temperature', and I always keep them in an insulated chest in my car to protect against an unexpected winter 'freeze'. This spring, I will likely tote a small lunch bag from the house when I go anywhere. I am physically unable to exercise other than walking when necessary, but I cut out all breads, carbohydrates, desserts, and all possible and reasonable other compromising types of foods. I always stay overly stocked up on things to 'help me' through a crisis, such as emergencies, unplanned trips, etc., to avoid having opportunities to "make excuses". I made myself a list of the 'pitfalls' as I encountered them, and put a limit on foods with 'fattening' ingredients. I substituted Premier Nutrition Protein 14 oz. shakes for one meal a day for the first 2 weeks, then I began using PNPHP 14 oz. bottled shakes it for both breakfast & dinner while eating an extremely healthy 'lunch' for another two weeks. I began with the powder, then the 11 oz. cardboard-like individual "cartons", but the smaller 11 oz. cartons just didn't quite satisfy my 'mealtime' needs and seemed to have some 'curds' forming in them, not to mention that it was harder to store the flexible 11 oz. "cartons" and safely keep them in my suitcases, car consoles, tote bags, and find a way to drink from them without needing a straw for the small opening in the cartons. However, the 14 oz. size 'bottle' just seems perfect. I particularly like the vanilla and chocolate, but I began to 'stock up' ahead of time with as many as I could use, before the expiration date. I'm busy experimenting now for another brand of ''shake'' that comes in either a bottle or a can, and try to avoid the cardboard-like 'cartons'. I'm so happy with losing approximately 10 pounds a month, that I feel energized for the future. I consulted with, and I have my doctor's approval, and my own health improvements to keep me propelled forward. I was preparing for knee surgery when I began the serious diet in November, 2015 and after the first 38+ pounds came off, I'm now walking with less and less pain, canceled the knee surgery, and I have a much brighter outlook! I now weigh less than 200 pounds, so I know it can be done!! I don't know what will happen when the 14 oz. shakes are no longer available, so if you find them, stock up on them like I'm doing. If anyone is as miserable as I was before losing the first 38+ pounds, I hope you will give these shakes a try! Finding the 14 oz. PNPHP Shakes has been a real bonus for me!

Answer:	Mine came with 2 jars. Two jars were the price I paid for one at an organic market near our home.

Answer:	Have not used the chile PB but the pecan honey is fantastic for sandwiches.
Question:	Is the foil seal supposed to be broken inside
Answer:	It’s about $13 for most flavors from Whole Foods or $7-8 for the plain peanut flavor (“peanut sorghum”), so $15 isn’t totally unreasonable but it’s not a steal either. If that’s what Amazon is charging you might want to take advantage of the subscribe and save option you’ll save 10-15% and if you don’t end up liking it, just cancel the subscription, if you do like it you’d get better pricing on fantastic nut butter! FYI—many of the flavored butters include almond butter even if they don’t mention it in the title or description, so if you’re allergic or sensitive to Almonds you’ll want to be sure to read the ingredients closely!

Answer:	Wrapper is cellophane, but I guess crackers could be heated unwrapped. They’re very crisp as is.
