Answer:	I got mine in September, and they were pretty melted. I live in Tampa Florida, so the weather doesn't really get cold enough to now melt chocolate. We put them in the refrigerator and they were a lot better afterwards.

Answer:	I am not sure if you’re talking about just the front label. But if I remember correctly (I don’t have the package in front of me), I believe it’s 1.5g fat per serving. It is way lower than consuming peanut butter.

Answer:	This is a powder that I use with a protein shake. I think people cook with it though I haven't. I don't think it would work for a sandwich unless you tried just sprinkling a very little bit on for more peanut flavor. It really is good in a milkshake. Adds a nice peanut butter flavor. I didn't store it in the fridge. It stayed on my counter for at least three months before I ate it all and did not go bad.

We decided early on that we did not want to use palm fruit oil in any of our products for two main reasons. First off, palm fruit oil has been and continues to be a major driver of deforestation of some of the world’s most biodiverse forests, destroying the habitat of already endangered species like the Orangutan, pygmy elephant and Sumatran rhino. Palm fruit oil production is said to have been responsible for about 8% of the world's deforestation between 1990 and 2008. It sounds like the batch you ordered was a more crystallized jar, which is a natural process that happens to all raw honey with no effect on the honey other than color and texture. All raw honey crystallizes at different rates and the consistency usually changes from liquidy to a more granular/solid state over time (timing depends on a variety of factors including floral source, storage temperature, etc.) It's fairly simple to turn your raw honey back into a smooth liquid again by warming it up. The best way to do this without compromising the beneficial properties is to put your honey jar in a bowl of hot water and slowly let it warm up.
