Answer:	I peel top and sides of brie. Use chopped apple (about half of granny smith aling with some chopped walnuts then drizzle with honey. Or can top with lemon/fig preserves (and chopped nuts if wanted). Bake at 350 degrees (I bake uncovered) for about15 min. (Until brie is melted.). Love this container! Leftover good if warmed in microwave but I put in another dish because stored in this so it is cold.

Answer:	I'm on my third jar and still happy with it. I've noticed no difference between jars, so far. If I had to guess, I'd say people are buying it, expecting the same thing as the name brand macaroni & cheese powder, and it's not. This tastes more like the coating on, as Cartman would say, "cheesy poofs," and makes the pasta more orange than what people may be accustomed to. What I like most about it, though, is that it's not sweet, like certain name brands. Who wants sweet mac & cheese w/ hamburger, anyway?
