User questions & answers
Question: | Bought too much... can unopened bag be put in freezer without damage to seeds |
Answer: | Some of the benefits are reduction of cholesterol and fat mass, balancing suger levels, fever reduction. |
Question: | Does this help curb appetite |
Answer: | No, it says along with the product name that they are not. |
Question: | Does the 5 lb come in a jar as shown in the picture |
Answer: | Soak in water for 24 hours. Rinse till the rinse water is clean (I rinse three times). Drain, and put seeds in a sprouter or just a shallow flat dish. Cover and leave on the counter for 24 hours, at which point they're ready to eat. To refrigerate uneaten sprouts (I try to make 5-7 days worth at a time), put in a dish, cover with a paper towel, and store inverted so that the paper towel is underneath. They will continue to sprout in the refrigerator, albeit at a slower rate. |
Question: | How do you eat these seeds |
Answer: | I have been using these seeds for my hair for about a month and I’ve seen a difference. Obviously results will not appear right away but patience is key. I mix 2 tablespoons of seeds with enough water to cover the seeds and soak them overnight. The next day I throw the mixture in a blender and put it in my hair for about 30 mins and wash it out. It’s only recommended to do once/twice a week. I have also minimized putting heat to my hair to help overall. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this powdered seed or whole seeds |
Answer: | Well, leave them long enough soaked & they'll sprout. It depends on what u want them for really. You can soak them til' they're soft, or til they sprout. But also, how long u soak em' can depend on how clean the water is. At some point, the water can develop a skim of mildew. It's like leaving tofu in water, tofu encased in container in fridge doesn't last for 2wks, b/c fresh tofu can get spoiled. If u want more specific info, then u should write directly to the company Naturevibe. I use mine for tea, i leave seeds in boiling temp water for 5-7min. |
Question: | what percent saponins is in it |
Answer: | To me it has everything you need on package. It is very good grade. |
Question: | How long does it take before you begin to see an increase in milk supply |
Answer: | Yes |
Question: | What are capsules made of |
Answer: | Yes they are. It’s fenugreek dry seed. If you soak it in water it becomes soft by absorbing water and germinates and sprouts. |
