Answer:	If you mean lead free, there is no notification on the packaging and there is no notice on the web. If it is grown in the western hemisphere it is less likely to contain toxic lead than if it is grown in Asia or Africa. There is probably less lead in the powder than there is in each breath you take in a city. There is more lead in your unfiltered drinking water than in the powder.

Answer:	Hi Mitch... heat does affect the nutritional profile. A fat-soluble molecule, curcumin constitutes roughly 1 to 6 percent of turmeric’s dry weight. Curcumin is extremely sensitive to light, moisture, and heat. Roughly 85 percent is destroyed when turmeric is boiled for 15 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, it degrades rapidly (within 30 minutes or so) at a neutral pH. The rate of destruction increases sharply as the pH increases (becomes more alkaline). In laboratory situations, some proteins stabilize curcumin. Whether the same happens in the kitchen with proteins such as the albumin in milk has yet to be determined. Hope this helps ðŸ~

Simmer herbs and water together in a sauce pan on med-high heat for 10 mins. Strain mixture. Add honey and milk. Drink up and feel good!

Easy Curry Powder

Ingredients: 2 tbsp each of coriander, cumin, turmeric powder and ground ginger; 1 tsp each dry mustard and cinnamon; 1/2 tsp each ground black pepper, ground cardamom and cayenne pepper or ground chilies

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and shake to incorporate. Use in soups, scrambles, curries and more!

Chicken Curry

Ingredients: 1/2 white onion; 1 garlic clove, finely chopped; 2 cups shredded chicken; 1 can tomato paste; 3 tbsp curry powder; 1/2 c walnuts, roughly chopped; 1 can coconut cream

Instructions

Saute onions and garlic in avocado oil over medium heat until translucent. Stir in shredded chicken and walnuts for 2 mins. Add tomato paste and curry powder and stir to combine. Add can of coconut cream and stir to combine. Serve over rice. Enjoy and feel good!

Answer:	I'm not an expert, but will share my personal experience. I believe the curcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric. I bought this product and it is a bright orange powder that will stain your fingernails and skin a dark yellowish tint, so you have to wash carefully. I've had cold pressed turmeric juice before and it's the same color.

Answer:	It will disperse in hot water, but not really dissolve. You would have to keep stirring. Turmeric and curcumin are fat soluble and require fat for best absorption. As far as I know, most of the traditional drinks are made with milk which contains a percentage of fat. Perhaps it will dissolve better in that type of medium. Also a word of warning: This stuff will stain darn near anything it touches. So, be mindful when handling it.

Answer:	Dissolve this in a little bit of oil and make a paste before trying to dissolve it in water. I always add far less than 1/8 tsp full of "Prescribed for Life" Pepperine (Piper Nigrum L) for better assimilation. You don't have to do this step if you are just making a smoothie. Another way for those who prefer a warm drink: is to go to Youtube and learn how to make Warm Golden "milk" over the stove (using Turmeric, Almond milk, and Pepperine (Piper Nigrum L) perhaps add honey, etc.

Answer:	OK, 95% curcuminoids is the industry standard for extracting Curcumin from Turmeric, as the original golden spice used for thousand of years is the Turmeric Root plant, but turmeric root works to treat inflammation, bacterial infections and digestive issues because of the Curcumin in the root, and curcumin is the real golden spice, and expensive compaired to Turmeric Root alone. Higher amounts of the 95% standardized extract will contain higher amounts of curcuminoids, but the least it will contain is 95%, and as many products contain 99% but to test that would be even more expensive and Gold powder would be cheaper to buy!

Question:	Does it smell like tumeric
Answer:	No, not really. It lacks the pungent nose bite that plain tumeric has. I dont care for the smell of tumeric much, however i really enjoy the smell of the curcumin. I usually disolve into hot extra virgin coconut or red palm oil with some black pepper or piperine. And if youre taking it for its anti-inflamatory properties(pain or arthritis) you really should try some P.E.A.(palmitoylethanolamide) in the mix as well. I Dissolve 10 grams of P.E.A. into 30 grams of hot oil, then add 10 grams curcumin, and .5 to 1 gram of piperine(black pepper extract) until dissolved. Then use syringe to fill 000 capsules. This works amazingly! If you have pain, you absolutely have to try this mixture, i can promise you will not regret it!

Answer:	A good thing if you are afraid of lead is to also use proper clay ingestion. Despite some lead being in clay, it is not able to break away from it for the most part, and has been shown to reduce lead levels in basically all animals given feed with clay in it. I too am pretty wary of lead in this stuff. Because lead in Turmeric is far more dangerous than lead in clay.

What you need:

• 1kg agria potatoes
• 2 tablespoons Organics Olive Oil
