I’ve bought these Flavor Mate products twice & give it a thumbs up. Only drawback is that I would like to be able to buy larger size containers of the spices, especially the “Smokey Chipotle”!! |

Standard dosage for potassium is 4,700 mgs per day, and NoSalt has only 650 pe quarter teaspoon, andeven 2 full teaspoons, which is recommended to almost nobody would reach 4,700 mgs, and 2 teasoons of salt would do far morfe damaage to one's system than 2 respoods of NoSalt. Up to a point salt is ok, but 2 teaspoons of salt is not good for anybody. I am not allergic to salt but I am more sensitive than most.I have been using primarily NoSalt for several years and had to have it sent from New York by my physician daughter because it is not sold by any local stores. Now that Amazon carries it, I don't have to bother her to send me NoSalt. It may not taste exactly like salt, but it is far closer thand and "salt substitute" I have tried. If I were to eveluate on stars rather than respond to this query, I would give it 5 stars. Anyone who gives it 1 or 2 starts may very well work for competituors, etc. Itisdifficult for me to imagine a low rating for NoSalt. It spares me all kinds of health problems. |
