Answer:	These beans are NOT soft. Yes, they had to be soaked in order to sprout them, but then they had to dry them to make them shelf stable. The instructions do mention soaking for shorter cooking time. The instructions, exactly as written on the bag:Instructions:Add 1 cup of Beans to 4 cups of boiling water in a medium saucepan. Boil for 15 minutes.Remove from heat and drain.Ready to consume, or add to any meal.Makes 4 servings.Presoak for shorter cooking time.BTW, I used to eat these without presoaking or cooking and I loved the flavor -- then I broke a tooth. If you want to eat these straight out of the bag, do so at your own risk. Fixing a broken tooth can be quite painful AND expensive. Now I boil some water, remove the water from the heat, then add the beans. After soaking an hour or two, they're soft enough to eat as a snack (or add to a cooked dish).

Stove Top

Soak rice 15-30 minutes for extra length (optional).

Take 1 cup of Royal Basmati Rice and gently rinse twice to remove starch. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Add 1 cup rice, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Once the cooking process is complete, leave the cooked rice in the pan for 5 minutes.

Microwave

Take 1 cup of Royal Basmati Rice and gently rinse twice to remove starch. Drain the rice and add 2¼ cups of water. Cover tightly with a microwave-safe lid and cook on HIGH power setting for 15 minutes.* Remove from microwave.

CAUTION: BOWL WILL BE HOT

If rice is too hard in the first cooking, use more water. Use less water if it is too soft.

Answer:	Yes it gets crispy! I used the air fryer to make the chicken! I dipped the chicken pieces in a egg first then the pork rind crumbs....absolutely delicious! My wife was optimistic at first but after she bit into she said it was better then with a flour based product!

Answer:	I oven fry the shrimp in a hot oven...at least 425 degrees or even 450. I have a convection/air fry setting on a counter top oven that I use and it works well. I would think, but haven’t tried it so I’m can’t be sure, that laying the shrimp on parchment (maybe sprayed with a high heat oil like avocado oil) would also work for oven frying. I’ve also talked to people who dip the shrimp in whisked egg first & then the coating (pork rinds). They say that works. Another thing that might work is spraying the shrimp with a high heat oil. It might help the pork crum to bind to the shrimp. I think it takes some experimenting & hope you find a solution. Best wishes.

Answer:	No need to soak or wash. I put my rice in a pan with water, swirl it around, and pour off that water. Then I add new water (1 1/2 cups for 1 cup rice), turn on the heat, bring to boiling, cover. Then reduce the heat to the lowest setting for 16 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit covered 5 minutes. Swirl your hand through the water and the rice; the water will go cloudy. Repeat this washing process until the water runs clear. Fill up the bowl and let the rice soak for 30 minutes, then drain the rice.

Fill a medium saucepan with 1 3/4 cups water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Add the rice, stir, and wait until the water comes back to a full boil, turn the heat down to lowest, and then cover. Cook for 15 minutes and then cut the heat. Let the rice sit for five minutes.
