That is the major point of having MGO certified Manuka Honey - Methylglyoxal is a self preserving natural antibiotic that grows the potency unstoppable when stored above 50F ( 10C). Therefore, if you bought MGO400 in 2015 over 1 year your honey could show MGO550 at lab test. Since this year FDA allowed manufacturers do not print expiration day on Manuka Honey MGO, only the date of the production.

Answer:	You will definitely have a problem at the airport. I forgot mine in my carry on and had to quickly decant it into smaller bottles or lose the whole batch. Check the airport requirements or place in checked bag.

Answer:	If there is no visible proof then try using it. My wife was bedridden for 7 years. I bought Manuka honey (it was rated 16+ and I believe was when they just created the standard) anyway Nurses, doctors all were blown away because I showed them all that their methods are crap. In less than two weeks we were able to completely heal her bed sore. We never let it become a horror as I know happens in places but you get those expensive wound bandages and put the honey and then seal it in for a few days. Change it and clean the wound at least every two days if air gets to it or daily and just use gauze if it is in a place that gets wet etc. Even two or three times a day we had to change it when it was in a bad place. If you can seal it in with those bandages designed to keep the wound moist I had incredible results with a few healing in a week with only two or three changes. Of course everyone is different. I unluckily cannot vouch for this brand but I can Vouch for manuka honey working just amazing on bed sores. I had a doctor come to the house to see the results and from then on he made house calls to care for my wife. God bless him. She is gone now but Manuka honey made her life so much better. She had no more long lasting bed sores once we used Manukahoneyusa.com. I am in no way pushing that brand and do not know if it is superior than any others but I assure you that what I bought, BACK THEN (5 + years ago) worked. Life saver. It is important to note that the UMF Honey Association is a trade association made of voluntary paid membership, and is not a regulatory authority in New Zealand. As a trade association, they have their own honey grading system that their members must follow. Both the UMF rating system and our KFactor system have been deemed compliant for use by the NZ regulatory authority. Because the rating systems are internal standards, comparison of the two is not a transparent exercise. The regulatory authority in New Zealand, the Ministry of Primary Industries, has recently released the regulatory definition of Manuka honey, which will come into law from 5 February 2018. This is the result of many years of scientific research to find stable markers that can be easily and quickly replicated in the laboratory environment. Unfortunately, pollen analysis was not included because this requires specialist knowledge to differentiate the pollen. However, they have included a DNA test to prove floral origin as an easily replicated laboratory test. The markers used by the UMF association of Leptosperin, Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), and Methylglyoxal (MGO) were not included into the regulatory definition due to stability and other issues undisclosed by the regulatory authority. The regulatory definition includes 4 chemical markers with varying threshold levels, and the DNA test. A sample must meet all 5 test standards to be considered (and labelled) as Manuka honey. Answer:	I had a naked cake so there was no foundant and it did not sink. Only issue I had is it is not attached to the base. They come separate so I had to put a few drops of hot glue on them. I loved this !

Answer:	After giving it to the happy couple about 6 months ago I can't be positive, but I'm 98% sure that I recall both women in the figurine are wearing dresses. I remember that the base was round, including the back, and if she was wearing pants the back half would be flat, which it wasn't. Hope that helps,

Answer:	Honey never expires. The "expiration date" on the jar is the date after which the honey cannot be sold. The honey itself is good forever.
Question:	Is your product Organic? Do not see any thing in ur add about that
Answer:	I lived in New Zealand for a while to work on organic farms, and happened to be around quite a few honey producers. Manuka honey isn't one to be concerned about. Bees will go where they'll go, and intelligently avoid damaged, diseased, and poisoned plants. There's tons of manuka in NZ, and I've yet to see anything that would convince me into buying organic manuka honey over the standard stuff. Hope that helps! -Kim Johnson's son

Answer:	I'm not going to suggest anything negative why this product, as well as most listed Manuka honey, omits a UMF and or MGO ratings. Since the ratings are granted by the UMF Honey Association who meet standards. Do the beekeepers need to hold to strict rules and membership fees to be part of the UMF club? Wikipedia claims "1,700 tons of mānuka honey are made in NZ and Australia annually representing almost all the world's production, some 10,000 tons of produce is being sold internationally as mānuka honey, including 1,800 tons in the UK." Question should be asked, is that 1,700 tons of UMF Honey Association seal of approval rated honey shipped? Question:	How does this honey compare to manuka health mgo 400 old 20+umf? Is this better? I need the best for my severe gastroparesis causing nausea/vomiting/acid reflex
Answer:	It cannot be compared to the MGO or UMF rating systems. Bioactive 24+ is a confusing rating system probably designed to be similar to the UMF rating system to propel sales. Bioactive 24+ rating system measures peroxide activity only and all honey have peroxide. UMF or MGO measure non-peroxide activity and that's what matters when considering Manuka honey.
