I have read that there might be a difference between baking powders with aluminum and without if you're letting the dough sit around before baking (don't know how long it would have to be) but I myself haven't noticed a difference whether i bake right away or not (i.e.: claims of less dough rise in the oven with aluminum free baking powder). |
