Answer:	Most of the resources for conversion from cups to weight give a value of 1 cup = 4.4 Oz, so the stated amount in the description of 4 1/2 cups for a gallon would use roughly 19.8 Oz or about 1 1/4 lb. So the whole 2lb container will make roughly 1 3/4 gallon of milk.
Question:	I have tried to dissolve this product with no success. I've tried hot, boiling water and cold - it still curdels. Anyone have the secret to dissolve
Answer:	The best results I have found are to put warm water in the blender, which gets it as smooth as is possible. But I don't think you should expect ANY powdered milk product to dissolve 100%. I also feel that 6 tablespoons is a lot. Sometimes I only put in five and it still tastes fine. If you don't like this product, I suggest Trader Rick's. He has this same product and I never use 6 tablespoons of that product.

Answer:	I'm on my third jar and still happy with it. I've noticed no difference between jars, so far. If I had to guess, I'd say people are buying it, expecting the same thing as the name brand macaroni & cheese powder, and it's not. This tastes more like the coating on, as Cartman would say, "cheesy poofs," and makes the pasta more orange than what people may be accustomed to. What I like most about it, though, is that it's not sweet, like certain name brands. Who wants sweet mac & cheese w/ hamburger, anyway?

Answer:	Dear prospective buyer. I've got an order from Malaysia in February ( not through Amazon) and I shipped it pretty well. A lady has ordered the entire case ( 12 units) and it was delivered successfully.

Answer:	No. It’s stainless on the front. Metal on the sides. Mine is on a shelf. Only the front is visible.
Question:	What about adding just a bit of this to my buttercream frosing to make it a cream cheese frosting. I can't use the real cream cheese
Answer:	Including the bumpout in the back and the plug, it will stick out 13 3/4" from the wall to the front of the microwave. Our kitchen cabinet shelf is exactly 12" so the microwave sticks out 1 3'4 inches but does not look wrong at all. Luckily our power outlet was positioned such that the microwave plug plugged into the outlet to the side of the back microwave bumpout. If your outlet is right behind the bumpout, you'll have to add 1 1/4 " to the depth. Also the plug is *not* a flat-against-the-wall type plug... major design fail.
