Answer:	From the base of unit housing at cord entrance, down to the tip of prongs is ~67" which is too short for my application, so I'll be splicing in weatherproof connections between the cord and a new extension cord. The weatherproof connectors are basic plug-end cord caps, but they are yellow and special made for wet locations (Home Depot), one male (for the Orbit cord, cut off factory male 3 prong plug end and terminate new male weatherproof plug cap) and one female (for the extension cord, do same for female plug cap). If all of your electrical connections are going to be in dry locations then you can use the regular cord & plugs, as manufactured, without having to change them out to cord caps that are suitable for wet locations, but I assume most would be. Here's a possible solution starting from the AUTO POSITION. 1. First turn the dial to the "HOW OFTEN" position. 2. Punch the program button (top right) to the program (A, B, or C program) that you want to change. Select the Program (A, B, or C). 3. Turn the dial to the "How Often" position and select the watering schedule that you want and deselect the schedule you don't want. 4. Make sure that you changed the HOW OFTEN SCHEDULE in the Program (A, B, or C) 5. Finish by turning the dial back to AUTO. Hope that helps

They don't get it at wholesale which means they need to mark up the items to pay the expenses. The reason for the markup on Amazon is that sellers on Amazon have to pay for high Amazon fees as well as shipping fees which gets pretty expensive. The sellers only make a few dollars profit.....if that! Trader Joes items will definitely be cheaper in stores; however not everyone has a Trader Joes by them or the time to shop in store. This makes purchasing on Amazon super convenient and most buyers don't mind paying the price difference for the convenience of having the items they want shipped directly to them.
