Answer:	I have tips from many different places, and they all fit. I have bought some at craft stores and wilton online. They all work, and hold a seal, although the ones it comes with do fit "perfectly".

Answer:	None of our products are certified Vegan, but we do use plant-based glycerin.
Question:	Hello, will this icing become hard or remain wet after application? For example, for gingerbread cookies you need hard icing
Answer:	Honestly, I was not impressed with this product. It was way too runny for the cookies and it ran off the cookies making a nasty mess; like I had overheated it in the microwave. It's too hard to use without heating it up. And then I barely heated it in the microwave and it was too runny. It also became watery. I ordered 8-10 bottles of assorted colors. Some of the colors did better, but overall I will never order them again. I work full time too and I was just trying to find a quicker way to make cookies without having to make all of my own Icing colors too for time's sake. In the end, it wasn't worth it though. If you order I hope you have better luck with it than I did. FYI; I've been decorating cakes and cookies for 35 years, so I'm not a novice to icing. This product is inferior in my professional opinion. If you can make your own; I would. I learned the hard way. Wish it was better news, but I would want the honest truth.

Answer:	The fondant will just stick to coating. I have no problem getting it to adhere to other decorating materials. You simply drape it across or if you have cut out small items you can lightly apply pressure or run an paint brush dipped in water across the back surface.

Answer:	After opening the package, for the first time. I only used half, in July and the other half in October. If some of it was a little hard, I put that part, in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds. It became, soft long enough for me to cut some shapes. The shapes that I had made became hard as well.

Answer:	We would not recommend that, as the instructions for use call for microwaving and kneading it to get the correct consistency. The packaging is made to achieve the right consistency, so we wouldn't be able to confirm results if you put it in a piping bag.
