Answer:	They normally have a "best by" date about a year from when it's made. It can usually be stored unopened for 12-18 months without losing quality. After that, it may lose a little flavor but it should still be safe to eat. Mine don't usually last that long anyway though! I have used other dressings almost a year after the expiration date and they were fine, but you should always check it first - look for mold or an "off" smell.
