The jar bottom has a triangle with a number 2 in the middle, with the word hope underneath. To the left of the triangle and the word 'hope' is the number 4. Under that is what appears to be a letter 'C' back to back with another one. Sorry I can't help you more.

Answer:	Coconut oil's texture will depend on the temperature where you have it. As someone already noted, it is liquid above about 76 degrees, but solid below that. In Chicago mine is solid and white in winter, but clear and liquid in summer.

Answer:	This is MOSTLY MCT oil but 13 grams per 15ml whereas the MCT oil I buy is https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QL083S4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 contains 14 grams between both the C8 (7.8g) and C10 (6.2g) acids (caprylic and capric). I have tried a dozen different MCT oils and only 1 of them does NOT turn white in the fridge- Left Coast Performance brand and it gets 100% of it's MCTs from COCONUTS ! I am on my 24th bottle !

Answer:	Maybe use less coconut oil when cooking, I use it to cook with for everything. I have tried several brands and like the Carrington Farms the best for flavor. Ingredients: 2-6 oz fillets of Salmon / 2-3 Tbsp of Carrington Farms Coconut Oil / Garlic powder and pepper to taste.
