Answer:	For me I would go a quarter cup per cup of carbquick. That's my ratio for cinnamon sugar biscuits and it comes out plenty sweet. I use xylitol sweetener which is also one to one.

Answer:	Yes you can. I googled a recipe for the pie crust and located one. It was actually pretty good.

Answer:	90 calories per 1/3 cup. 1/3 cup of Carbquick makes generous sized biscuits. May be good to note that their Drop Biscuit recipe makes 6-8 biscuits, each one considered (aprox) 90 calories. When I use their exact amounts for the recipe, I make 9-12 nice size biscuits. Therefore mine are each slightly to significantly lower than 90 calories.

Answer:	I made these in the dash min maker, following the waffle directions on the package (3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbs coconut oil) and cooked them for three minutes and them came out great, without sticking. I did not use any kind of spray ahead of time. Make sure your grates are clean to start with. The waffle should release when it's cooked to the right temperature, in the same way a cake will separate from the pan when cooked.

Answer:	I keep the batter in an airtight container in my pantry and it keeps for a long time as far as extra powder goes if you want to keep it in the fridge overnight should be okay just won't rides as much but I like flatter pancakes not too fluffy also if I have extra pancakes leftover I'll put them in the fridge and then heat them up whenever I feel like eating one just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds

Answer:	The ingredients are pretty standard for gluten free flour. I have used it to make noodles, popovers (recipe on the box) pumpkin roll (a pumpkin sponge type cake you roll up like a jelly roll). All with excellent results. Perhaps you aren't looking for gluten free flour. I highly recommend any of King Arthur flour as they have a variety for different purposes. The bread flour (not gluten free) is especially good.
