Answer:	There is a best by date laser printed on the side of the bottle in the gap between the label. They are typically around 6-months out from purchase. Please note that it is BEST BY not expiration; they are safe to consume well beyond the date. We choose a conservative date for quality reasons (not food safety) because the oils may change somewhat in flavors at about 9 months out. Enjoy!

About halfway down the new page, you'll need to click on the following in bold type: "Need help with your item?" After this point, it will walk you through submitting a request for a replacement bottle or a refund. One good thing is that when you need to return a food item, Amazon will tell you that there's no need to return the food item to them because returned foodstuffs cannot be reused.

The seeds of the Wafu story were planted when Mari Toyoda, a trained Japanese chef, left home and immigrated to Canada. In Montreal, she quickly had her own successful sushi restaurant, serving authentic Japanese recipes. However, something was missing. Mari realized she needed the sesame dressing she grew up loving. Something smooth, creamy, and with the unmistakable nutty Japanese flavor to pair with her dishes. She got to work in her kitchen and created our first Wafu dressing, Original Sesame. The name Wafu translates to “Japanese style,” and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Like our founder, our sauces emigrated from Japan to North America. Mari learned to cook in her parents’ restaurant in Tokyo, and when she opened her own restaurant in Montreal, she wanted the sauces she grew up loving. Our sauces are made from authentic Japanese flavors, like sesame and ginger, rooted in tradition, from our table to yours.

Wafu brings home the gold. In 2001, we burst onto the scene with our Original Sesame dressing. As a result, we were named the Winner in the Canadian Grand Prix New Product Awards. In 2008 and 2009 we were named finalists after the launch of our Ginger Carrot and Wasabi Edamame dressings. Our Gluten-Free Ginger Carrot dressing was also named a finalist in 2012. Then, in 2013 we were back on top after being named a finalist again with the launch of our newest sauce, Mayonaizu.
