Answer:	I am not sure as I ordered the Cheddar broccoli-I would say you are just getting the plain Alfredo looking at the packaging. I order the cheddar broccoli TWICE-it was supposed to be 12 packs in the shipment, BOTH times I received only ONE pack for like $21! Be wary on this:)

Answer:	Product is supposed to be 12 packs vs. just one packet for that price. However, I have ordered this product twice and both times it came as only ONE pack and the pack was worn on edges and in really bad shape. One time there were even small holes in the food packaging! Be wary.

Lamb Borrego

Prepare the Lamb: Season lamb with cumin and 1 Tbsp of the Knorr Caldo de Pollo. Sear the lamb in a roasting pan until brown. Mix 1½ cups of water and the remaining Knorr Caldo de Pollo together. Deglaze the roasting pan with the Knorr Caldo mixture and place the lamb in the oven. Braise the lamb, covered for 2 ½ hours at 350 F. Remove lamb and let cool and then shred, reserving cooking liquids.

Finish the Dish: On a plancha or griddle, add ½ cup of water and saute the onion. Stir in shredded lamb. Stir in tomatoes and serrano peppers and cook until softened. Add ¼ cup of reserved braising liquids. Add cilantro and saute until wilted and lamb is warmed through.

To Serve: Serve on a platter with sliced limes. If needed, drizzle additional reserved cooking liquids to cover the lamb mixture.

US Stove Top: In a suitable container, gradually whisk contents in 1 gallon (3.75 L) of water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. See NOTE above.

US Convection Oven: In a suitable container, gradually whisk contents in 1 gallon (3.75 L) of water. Cover container. Set oven temperature to 350°F (176°C) and cook for 60 minutes. See NOTE above.
