  1. Marinated Cucumbers: Whisk together 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 cup of rice vinegar in a medium bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Answer: USDA organic, it can be graded as organic as well as select/prime/choice but most organic steaks are not finished on corn and thus won't meet the criteria for choice, so they avoid the extra grade, there are steaks that have 2 grades including organic but not on amazon(at least for me) from having eaten these multiple times the marbling is about that of a USDA select, strong beefy flavor but i prefer marbled prime steaks for rich taste this lacks.
