Sesame Soy Steak Stir Fry on Wonton Crisps
- Marinated Cucumbers: Whisk together 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 cup of rice vinegar in a medium bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of diced seeded cucumbers; place the mixture in a food-safe plastic bag. Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain the cucumbers in a large colander and discard the marinade.
- Steak: Cut the Flat Iron Steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4 inch strips and set aside. Combine Sesame-Soy Marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Place beef strips and marinade in a food-safe plastic bag and toss to coat. Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After the meat has marinated, remove the beef. Heat a pan over medium heat until hot. Stir-fry half of the beef for 1 to 2 minutes or until the outside surface is no longer pink. Repeat with the remaining beef.

- To assemble, evenly divide the beef strips over the wonton crisps. Top the beef with 1 tablespoon of Marinated Cucumbers and 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds. Garnish the plate with red bell pepper strips, if desired.
Grecian Beef Top Loin Steaks and Mushroom Kabobs
- Combine the Lemon Pepper Rub ingredients. Toss the mushrooms, onion, oil and 2 teaspoons of the rub in a medium bowl. Alternately thread mushrooms and onions onto six 12-inch metal skewers. Finish each skewer with a lemon wedge.
- Press the remaining rub onto the Beef Strip Steaks. Place the steaks and kabobs on a grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill the steaks, covered, for 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness. If you are using a pre-heated gas grill, cook over medium heat for 11 to 15 minutes. Turn the steaks occasionally. Grill the kabobs, also turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
