Answer:	The instructions say it can be used post-workout and as a meal replacement. I exercise moderately, but the main reason I use this product is for meal replacement when I’m too busy to make meals. I use a half serving and mix it with a super green powder and make a shake out it. I even add a little peanut butter and ice to make a shake. Sometime with mixed berries. It lasts all morning or night. It’s packed with Whole Foods, so I see a much better experience that other meal replacement products. In my opinion, it’s perfect for any meal replacement.

Answer:	I have a Mrs Tea and I do not measure very accurately. I usually make 6 cups at a time and make at least 8 - 12 pots from a tin. I prefer my tea a little strong and I use any tea in the pot after noon as iced tea. I also have a habit of mixing a little Prince of Wales with my Irish Breakfast. It is all going to depend on your preference, how you make the tea. . . by the cup or by the pot, etc

Answer:	I believe roughly 200 calories for each item, so roughly 2400 per 12-pack. I believe the expected shelf life is 5 years, however that does depend on temperature and package quality. I've heard of people consuming bread items from 10 year-old MRE's without any issues, however that isn't a recommendation.

Answer:	To be perfectly honest and safe , yes I would avoid them . I bought the apple pie it’s really delicious and yes you can taste the cinnamon in it. I sent mine back as I am gluten sensitive and it really doesn’t state this in the container that it’s gluten free but it does say MSU contain wheat, nuts etc. So by any chance there’s a ingredient on it or some kinds spice I might be worthiness to then I will avoid it. Answer:	I don't know the answer to this. I have been recommended this product because it is made from animal protein. I use it in my morning shake as well as after a hard workout. I am not a huge workout buff, and I do like my sweets, but I feel I have lost some weight. But I cannot attribute this to the MRE. But I sure do love the taste!

If you’re worried about price, get any number of civilian MREs that are manufactured for public use and consumption for a quarter of the cost or LESS. Answer:	The inspection date is not the same as the manufacture date. The government sets the inspection date 3 years after the manufacture date, this is when they would go check the time temperature marker and make sure the cases were still good. Answer:	It is 5-10 depending on the temperature you store them in. At 65 degrees storage with no light people have reported meals lasting 15yrs. Personally I would replace them every 2-3 yrs after the inspection date to make sure extra fresh but again they will last way longer.
