Answer:	If you're wondering about any dairy residue from the fermentation process, I'm not exactly sure if it contains dairy. However, 2 pills wouldn't be enough to cause a noticeable reaction for most people. If you're doing a dairy detox, I would recommend sticking to sauerkraut and things for probiotics, as many of these probiotic populations in pills use dairy.

Answer:	Just started purchasing this product. I love it. I use it to make salad dressings, over fruit, and in smoothies (there’s a nice peach smoothie recipe on the inside of the label if you peel it off). I am new to plant-based foods so had to adjust my expectations, this is not like plain (milk) yogurt, its color is different, and its texture but for me it does the job of replacing mayo in dressings and I can use it for everything else. Five stars.

Answer:	The probiotics in this yogurt are live and will help to repopulate your gut with good bacteria. Helps you digest your food better and may help with immunity.
