Answer: i am not sure what does Hi Milk is but the taste is good though...its like in between the dark and the regular milk chocolate. as for the black chocolate...no its does not taste as the usual dark chocolate that is bitter...if you are not a dark chocolate eater and cannot take the bitterness of a typical dark choc...this meiji dark choc is for you...All i can say meiji chocolates are good.
