Answer:	They’re about an inch long, give or take. With the twisted wrapper on each piece they would take up more room. With the butter, know that they have the butter oils on each wrapper.

Answer:	HFCS and regular corn syrup are two different products. While both are made from corn, HFCS has been processed to convert some of its glucose to fructose. Corn Syrup, on the other hand, is glucose suspended in water and has been used by fine candy makers since the early 19th century. It's important for candy making because it helps keep crystals from forming in caramel.

Answer:	About 27 pieces per 11.5 oz tub.

Answer:	The salt does not stick to the wrapper. We use a wax paper style of wrap so nothing sticks to it! The Sea Salt is mixed in with the caramel and also topped with the caramel, and it's a decent amount. It doesn't over power the flavor of the caramel but you will get a crunch or two of the salt crystals which really amplify the flavor!

Cooking it Right

Caramelization takes a long time to occur, and it has to be at the right temperature. We cook in copper kettles over open flame so we can get it perfect. You'll taste the rich flavor and smooth texture that results.

Cooled and Individually Wrapped

After cooking, a batch of caramel is cooled and cut into bite-sized pieces. Finally, we wrap each piece in parchment paper so it's ready to enjoy.
