Answer: | You put the measured amount of hot water for the number of servings you want in a saucepan, add the appropriate amount of cereal, then I add about 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon per serving, stir it all together and cook it (medium flame) uncovered for 1 minute stirring occasionally. Then cover the pan, remove from heat and let it stand for 3 minutes. There is no salt in it but I prefer to add some to the cooking water (1/4 t per cup). Then I sprinkle both white and brown sugar on top when serving, then add milk. This is really a YUMMY breakfast or lunch! (And it's very good for you too.) |

I usually mix a packet of that kind with apples and cinnamon for a meal of (around) 320 calories. Tastes pretty good to me. |

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine milk, vanilla, honey, egg and egg white; blend well. Add oats; stir to mix well. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
