Answer:	5 g sugar per 1/4 cup serving is what's on the package. The ingredients list doesn't show any added sugar but does include date crumbles and raisins.

Answer:	I've only made this hot once, and as much as it is my all-time favorite cereal, we really prefer it cold with yogurt, blueberries and milk. Thought it was kind of boring hot. On the package it says that a serving is 1/4 cup which works for me, but my husband eats 1/2 cup with aforementioned yogurt, blueberries and milk. BTW, the cookie recipe on the side of the package makes fabulous cookies.

Answer:	On the bottom of your bag, underneath the bar code is likely where you find the expiration date. The bag I have says 02.2021 or Feb. 2021. The bag listed on the website here says 06.2020 I believe, or June 2020. Hope that’s helpful.

Answer:	The sell buy date is noted on the bottom of the box; usually when I receive it, it is at least 6-8 months out. But I empty mine into a vacuumed seal container for storage.These cereals are wonderful mixed with 0% fat yogurt and fruit.

Question:	Is this sugar free? If not, what product do you have that is sugar and gluten free
Answer:	It's a mix -some dried fruits are sweet . You can pick them out .it's minimum amount though. If you want total sugar free make it yourself oats + nuts+ few ingredients you like. just because every mix will have some dried fruit that's sweet.
