You may want to cut out longer cardboard pieces from any boxes you have 0n hand and glue them to the back of the frame. This will make it so much sturdier and easier to use. Answer:	In our assorted mini bites, the 3 flavors included are chocolate chip, chocolate with white chips & red velvet, none of which are made with nuts but are made in a facility where cross-contamination can occur. With Amazon, we are required to ship the next business day from the date of the order. You cannot pick a specific delivery date, unfortunately.
