Sample recipe: Easy Blueberry Banana Muffins
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a twelve-cup muffin tin with baking cup liners or gluten-free nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine bananas and baking soda. Allow the mixture to sit for at least 2 minutes. (Allowing the mashed bananas and baking soda to sit for at least 2 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients is key to what makes these so light and fluffy.)
3. Stir buttery spread into the mashed bananas, then stir in sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Mix in flour, cinnamon, and lemon peel. Gently stir in blueberries.
5. Scoop batter into muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place muffin tin on a cooling rack and cool for 2 minutes. Remove muffins from tin and place on rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Question: | How many boxes fo 12 cookies do you receive of the Apricot cookies |
Answer: | I ordered a lot because I used them for my company gift baskets. I wouldn't order that many otherwise unless I could freeze them because you have no way of knowing what the "use by" date is. |
Question: | To order so many- what is the preemption /use by date |
Answer: | Our Roland® Pate a Glacer is a ready to use dark chocolate coating, but it is not a couverture. It allows a pastry chef to place a chocolate coating on any food. Simply bring the chocolate up to the correct temperature and dip the fruit, pretzel, donut...anything, into the pail. |

The Ultimate Resource for Eating Gluten Free
Combining two landmark cookbooks—the New York Times best-selling The How Can It Be Gluten-Free Cookbook and The How Can It Be Gluten-Free Cookbook Volume 2—How Can It Be Gluten-Free Cookbook Collection is now one must-have volume. Here are the 350+ foolproof recipes that raised the bar on gluten-free cooking and baking along with the test kitchen’s reviews of gluten-free products, information about store-bought blends, and how to stock a gluten-free pantry.
Including recipes for:
A Good Start
Coffee Cake
A coffee cake that feeds a crowd is perfect for Sunday brunches or holiday breakfasts. A classic streusel was too heavy for our cake—the high-starch gluten-free flour blend didn’t offer the same structure or stability of all-purpose flour—and it sank as it baked. Instead, we took a portion of the batter, added cinnamon and nutmeg, then swirled this spiced batter into the plain batter in the pan. For a topping, a simple glaze plus candied nuts added texture and visual appeal the cake needed.
Pasta
Drunken Noodles with Chicken
Called drunken noodles because it is a supposed hangover cure, this dish features wide rice noodles in a spicy, potent sauce and lots of basil. We soaked wide rice noodles in hot water until they were just pliable so that we could finish cooking them in the sauce and infuse them with flavor.
Comfort Foods
Eggplant Parmesan
In past experience with classic recipes, dipping the eggplant slices in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs had always delivered an even, crisp coating that stayed in place. We found replacing the flour with cornstarch worked equally well for a gluten-free version.
Cookies and Bars
Raspberry Streusel Bars
A raspberry streusel bar should have a sturdy, buttery shortbread-like base, a filling with bright raspberry flavor, and a rich streusel topping that lends texture and stays in place. For the base, we started with butter, our flour blend, and sugar (plus salt for a little flavor). By mixing pieces of softened butter into the dry ingredients using a stand mixer, we ensured the right fine crumb. The flavor was exactly what we wanted, but without gluten this base couldn’t support the topping. Adding just 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum gave the crust the structure it needed to hold up and slice neatly without crumbling.

User questions & answers
Question: | are there seeds is the product |
Answer: | To first determine the expiration date of the food IW must first understand how long it will remain fresh in its package, unopened. This being a ““ canned product, it should have a two year shelflife. I understand how to read the food labels and my product I received in January was produced on the 17th day of January 2018 and therefore should be good if it were unopened, until January 2020. We have open the product in my wife enjoys it and now that it is opened and being held under refrigeration it should be good for about 30 days. |
Question: | How to decode numbers on lid for expiration date |
Answer: | The box or description makes no mention of it being processed with alkali, but it has a very similar taste and color. I would like the vendor to answer this question for sure. |
Question: | Is this dutch processed |
Answer: | The Country of Origin is indeed USA |
Question: | Is this made in the usa |
Answer: | I believe mine came in a large plastic bag that was twisted shut with a twisty tie. My product was totally fine as far as I know. I have seen many other bulk products come in packaging like the packaging I recieved... |
Question: | When I ordered mine it came in an unsealed plastic bag. Anyone else have this issue? I'm afraid to use it |
Answer: | Tastes like ordinary cocoa powder. Has a cinnamony flavor after taste. Doesn't taste like deep chocolate flavor I expect for some reason. It is a good deal, I'd buy again for price. No it is not ray. If a chocolate product is raw or organic they tell you as it is a big marketing tool. when a chocolate product is raw and has less processing it tends to be more bitter. The bitterness is the OP ( flavinoids) that are so good for managing weight loss, and extra health benefits you hear about ie BP, Cardiovascular benefits. There are still flavinoids just allot less. |
Question: | Is this Dutch Cocoa |
Answer: | This is a case of 20 individual packs of 12 cookies. Total of 240 cookies. |

User questions & answers
Question: | they are ready-served, right? do you need to bake them |
Answer: | Duplicate protective packaging would aid in limiting the amount of breakage for products such as these. But there is nothing that will prevent breakage by 100%. There is an inherent fragility in any prebaked pastry crust, especially the miniature ones used for appetizers. I generally plan for at least 5% -10% breakage when I order this type of products. |
Question: | can they be packaged in a box within a box with some form of padding/protection as most of the ones ordered previously were broken |
Answer: | It appears you are unfamiliar with what bouchees are and their designed role in providing a puff pastry crunch that can either be filled with sweet or savory fillings to be enjoyed without interfering with the flavors of either. I suggest that if you find cardboard that can substitute for bouchees, that you NOT waste your money on bouchees and soak the cardboard in "moisture" instead to then enjoy! |
Question: | How do I add moisture to them? Make them taste less as cardboard and more like food |
Answer: | If it is real puff pastry it shoud not contain any eggs Real puff pastry is made with only flour, water and butter stay away from fake ones made with margerine , they will never taste the real one! I am a french Pastry Chef so I know what I am speaking about! lol |
Question: | Does it contain egg |
