Our Pouchong is grown in the Fujian Province, just outside of the Wuyi Mountains. The farm is located on sunbaked land that is mostly mountainous and is traditionally described to be "Eight parts mountain, one part water, and one part farmland.” That’s how we get a tea leaf with smooth floral notes, a light body, and a sweet finish.

Answer:	The one we have has a decorative trim plate about 1 1/2 inch high and about 3 inches wide under the knob to give it an enhanced look. The knob itself comes off easily by unscrewing and the plate comes off with it. It can be replace with any other knob that you would prefer. As one of the other responders mentioned, there are two holes and only one is centered, so you either have to plug the unused hole or find a knob with another plate large enough to cover the other hole.

Our Dragon Well is grown and hand plucked in Zhejiang Province, China, before the mid-April rainy season. While we love “regular” jasmine tea, our Jasmine Pearls take the jasmine experience to another level that is more elegantly complex. In fact, there is so much effort that goes into each of these little tea pearls that people often think we are crazy. First, we only use the two leaves and a bud of each stalk (the most tender part of the tea plant). Next, we layer the tea with fresh jasmine petals that are in full bloom for 10 nights. The final stage is to hand dry them in a giant wok using a special technique until each tea leaf curls itself into a little pearl-shaped ball. While crazy we may be, each pearl of tea almost bursts with a fresh, deep, and sweet flavor.

Freshly picked green leaves are layered with aromatic jasmine petals, which infuse the tea with their natural aroma. The green tea used for our Jasmine Pearls is sourced from an organic tea farm located outside Ningde City in Fujian Province, China. Much like 21-year-old single malt scotch, a Bordeaux wine from the 1980’s, or that old frying pan that Grandma gave you, Pu-erhs are better with age. Pu-erhs are the only tea that is intentionally fermented in special caves in China giving it a deep, earthy flavor that coats your tongue and helps relax your mind.
