The hard part about losing weight is the desires to fall back into your “normal” eating habits. Find healthy alternatives before you start your weight loss journey, even fast food places find out what you should order and not what you want to order. Black Coffee and chromium helps aid the best to this tea far as the hunger pains. This has been the best tea I have used for weight loss.
