Answer:	Not that I have noticed and I am very sensitive to caffeine after about noon. Keeps me awake.

Answer:	The 1st ingredient listed is a sweetener called Aspartame which is sold under brand names like Equal and NutraSweet. The last ingredient is Sorbitol which is a common sweetener used in sugar-free products. Neither are in large amounts since I am usually, sensitive to the 1st one and too much of 2nd can cause frequent visits to the restroom as stated on the package, which has never affected me either. I have been known to have as many as 4-5 throughout the day, if it is very dry weather or have sinuses issues. But mostly on need 1-2 every few days. It is very effective!
