2 best probiotic tea

Probiotic tea is a type of tea that combines the benefits of traditional tea with probiotics, which are live microorganisms that are believed to offer various health benefits when consumed in adequate amounts. Here's what you need to know about probiotic tea:

  1. Probiotics: Probiotics are beneficial bacteria and yeast that are known to promote a healthy balance of gut microbiota. They are commonly found in foods like yogurt, kefir, and other fermented products. Probiotics are believed to have several potential health benefits, including improved digestion and a boosted immune system.

  2. Fermentation: Probiotic teas are typically made through a fermentation process. The tea leaves or herbs are combined with live probiotic cultures and allowed to ferment for a period of time. During fermentation, the probiotics multiply, and the tea develops its unique flavor and characteristics.

  3. Tea Varieties: Probiotic teas can be made from various types of tea leaves, including black tea, green tea, white tea, and herbal teas. The choice of tea can influence the flavor and aroma of the final product.

  4. Flavor Profile: The flavor of probiotic tea can vary widely depending on the type of tea used and the specific probiotic strains added. Some probiotic teas may have a tangy or slightly sour taste due to the fermentation process.

  5. Health Benefits: Proponents of probiotic tea claim that it may offer benefits similar to those of other probiotic-rich foods and beverages. These potential benefits may include improved digestive health, better nutrient absorption, and enhanced immune system function.

  6. Digestive Health: Probiotic teas are often marketed as promoting digestive health by maintaining a balanced gut microbiome. Some people find relief from digestive discomfort after incorporating probiotic-rich products into their diet.

  7. Commercial Availability: Probiotic teas are available in various forms, including bottled ready-to-drink options and tea bags that you can brew at home. They can be found in health food stores and some mainstream grocery stores.

  8. Probiotic Strains: Different probiotic teas may contain various strains of beneficial bacteria, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. The specific strains used can affect the potential health benefits.

  9. Storage: Like other probiotic-rich products, probiotic tea should be stored carefully to preserve the live cultures. It is typically best to keep it refrigerated to slow down the fermentation process and maintain the viability of the probiotics.

  10. Cautions: While probiotic teas can offer potential health benefits, it's important to note that individual responses may vary. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before adding new probiotic products to your diet, especially if you have specific health concerns or conditions.

In summary, probiotic tea is a fermented tea product that combines the benefits of tea with probiotics. It is believed to promote digestive health and offer other potential health advantages associated with probiotics. As with any dietary supplement, it's essential to consume probiotic tea in moderation and consult with a healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns about its use.

User questions & answers

Question: Does this Dandelion tea have CAFFEIN in it? ty
Answer: No caffeine and I’m a coffee convert to this. It’s SO good.
Question: where is the tea made in
Answer: Reading from the box I currently have it says: ...dandelion roots are sustainably harvested from the wild meadows of Poland and Bosnia. Dug up, separated from the stems, leaves and flowers, washed and dried, the roots are then roasted whole before being cut up to be used in this tea. No definitive answer as to where made, but a little info....hope this helps.
Question: Is this only a liver cleanser? Or does it have other benefits
Answer: Every part of the dandelion has some kind of wellness benefit, but the root is renowned for its ability to help support the liver and digestive system. The root's bitterness helps to stimulate the taste buds, setting off production of digestive juices from saliva to bile. This supports the body's natural detoxification processes and helps the liver to flush wastes.*Sincerely,Traditional Medicinals
Question: is the bark the inner bark, outer bark or a mix? The inner bark is, from what I understand, what contains the healing properties
Answer: I could not see any indication of source from any of the closeups of the box provided with the Amazon listing. I went to the Traditional Medicinals website (https://shop.traditionalmedicinals.com/Pau-dArco/p/TDM-000682&c=TraditionalMedicinals@Herbal) and there they also do not give any indication of sourcing. As of now, I suspect they use a combination of inner and outer bark BECAUSE they don't say - I believe if it were inner bark only (that's where the medicinal advantage is) they would say so, and loudly. Using the outer bark is cheaper but much less effective, and so my suspicion is that they do this but try to hide the fact. I would love to be proven wrong on this.
Question: Do you have to answer a bunch of questions as well? Or do you just send the sample
Answer: No I registered my kit and sent my DNA in and answered about 10 questions.
Question: How much snp overlap with 23andme and ancestry? if i buy the vitagene test, do i still have to pay more to upload 23andme and ancestry data to it
Answer: All 3 companies test approximately 700k SNPs. There is a large overlap between all 3 tests as they use a similar backend system but the overlap is not 100%.
Question: Does this test tell you if you have mthfr mutation? Can you take the raw data and plug it into a site such as genetic gene to get methylation info
Answer: I really do recommend ancestryDNA because you can get your health report from other databases with your raw dna as well as use GEDmatch to compare and analyze chtomosomes and find others who have uploaded their raw data into gedmatch who may be using other sites like 23andme and family tree. I found my dads half sister in 6 days after receiving my report and i didnt even know dad had a half sibling. He was adopted along with his other 3 siblings when he was little. All siblings were seperated and dad only found 1 of them. But i was able to find one he didnt even know existed. His half sister didnt even jnow sge had 4 other siblings until a couple years ago whej he dad told her, her and dad share the same mothet though. But the thing about thw mother is nobody knows if she is dead or not. It is assumed she died by word of mouth back in 1962 but there is zero paper trail, not even a census. Anyway, acestry is good, or 23andme or family finder (family tree) since all give raw data that can be used on promethease for your health report and gedmatch for chromosome comparisons and finding others who ysed a different kit than you did. Oh and from gedmatch i ran my dna with my aunts. Her and mom are fraternal twins. Mom didnt do a test but me and my aunt did ours at the same time. My dna is a complete half match to my aunt. Technically we should only match 25%, not 50%. Also it was weird that AncestryDNA says we are related by parent/sibling. I found out that her and mom are not fraternal. They are whats called di/di identical twins. They started out as 1 egg and 1 sperm, but split very early between 1 and 3 days after fertilization so they were able to grow their own placentas rather than share 1 like standard identicle twins. Didi identical twins are impossoble to confirm without a dna test but since my half of the dna that comes from my mothers side matches with my aunts, the only explination is they are actually identicle di/di twins. This also means that if my cousins and i were to run our dna with each other it would make them look like my half sisters rather than cousins. Im having a lot of fun with this dna stuff. But most sites that accept raw dna only accept the top 3 major brands. Gedmatch accepts anyone who can use raw data but promethease.com only accepts ancestry, 23andme and family tree. I used some other sites but those 2 for the raw data seem to be the ones i play with the most.
Question: why is this info different from all the other genetic tests ive taken
Answer: This test actually looks at 25,000 drug interactions with supplements, it gives you over 400 recipes for food that is matched to your allergies, genetics and goals. I put myself, my daughter and my mother on this platform because I was tired of changing doctors and getting random medication recommendations which were at best guess work. The reality is that unless you have a very clear well diagnosed disease, the average primary doctor can not help you with general nutritional issues, allergies and immune system reaction. You have to redesign how you eat and pay a lot of attention to your body. This is the only platform that I have found in which you can ask any questions you want from the staff members and they dig up the science article that is relevant to your genetics, allergies and medication and explain to you clearly what do with your diet and supplements and fitness routines to help your body fight it. Honestly the other genetic test which I also took were mostly toys. Ancestry is great at telling you if you are 23.7% Irish which is very exciting for a day but did not help me deal with my daughters Eczema. every time, she went swimming, her skin would break out and she will hate it. So many doctors gave her very medication creams which had strong hormones or steroids. I put her on Vitagene supplements and after 90 days she has no sign of Eczema. I have shown this to all my friends, her body is just healthier and stronger to deal with the impact of the pool chemicals on her skin.
