Answer:	Hi Elle, Great question. Bombe la la la bath bombs do contain one bath bomb, Shea Bliss, that represents the aromas of Milk mixed with Honey, but there is no honey in it. I understand some people are allergic to honey, which is why we have left this out.

Answer:	They sure are! Each Bombe la la la bath bomb is about the size of a tennis ball and similar to the size you expect from a LUSH store. Don't be fooled by others, which are much smaller at either 2oz or 4oz. Bombe la la la bath bombs are 6oz. And why does this make a difference? Answer:	I am a big fan of Lush Bath Bombs and of course Bombe la la la Bath Bombs are inspired by LUSH. What's different? Our bath bombs are healthy, sulfate and phthalate free, contain non GMO ingredients and have no artificial colors. Our bath bombs smell amazing because of the essential oils we use. If size matters: Our bath bombs are the same as LUSH (think tennis ball) and if you look closely at other brands on Amazon, check for size - they are much smaller. I lived in France for a year, love French style and branding, so our gift set was inspired by Chanel, Sephora and other high end brands you might see in Ulta stores. Answer:	Yes, their instructions are quite vague. Optional First Step: heat the pot (which you are going to brew the tea) with hot water. Let this sit briefly to heat up the pot (1 minute is fine) then pour out the water you used to heat the pot. This is done just to heat the pot, not tea involved. Note that this step is more important if you are using a clay, porcelain, glass or metal pot to brew your tea. Second Step: Boil water then wait until temperature drops to 170 to 185 Fahrenheit (76 to 85 C). Third Step: Add tea to pot, then pour your water over tea to steep. Fourth Step: Steep tea between 1 and 4 minutes. Pull tea bag out. Their tea is quality enough you can usually get 3 different steepings from 1 bag. Note: You can try different temperatures (between 170 and 185) and different steep times (between 1 and 4 minutes) to see where you like your tea. I prefer mine steeped closer to 175 for 2 minutes on the first steep then 170 for 1 minute for the next two steepings.

Answer:	Mine came loose in a plain cardboard shipping box. I ordered 2 sets as they had been well presented in 2019. I enjoyed giving them in the past.

Answer:	No, there is a good assortment of caffeine and caffeine free teas. I love this assortment.

Answer:	Distributed out of Eugene OR......appears to be produced by Taiyo out of India. Really good teas.

Answer:	No sugar or artificial sweeteners of any kind, period. Sweetness comes from the oranges.
Question:	what are the straws made of
Answer:	It is different. I got the tea in a tin as a gift so I thought I could get the 50 satchels for less money. It is nowhere near the same. The tin has cloves and tastes much better.
Question:	Do these contain caffeine
Answer:	I'd say it's very sweet, too much for me and I have a sweet tooth. I bought 2 canisters and may toss it. I prefer Market Spice cinnamon tea, purchased from that store.

Answer:	All of the Bigelow teas are increasing in price. The original black tea favorites have disappeared. I often wonder if they are wanting to go out of business!

Answer:	Yes. My purchase was 6 boxes of 20 tea bags.

Answer:	Not the seller, but a HUGE fan of this tea. Just got a delivery today (November 14, 2017) and checked the boxes. They say "Best enjoyed by August 2020." Each tea bag is individually wrapped in a foil pouch so you could probably go longer than that ... but you won't ... this tea is that good. I drink at least one cup a day (more on weekends) so the 120 bags I got today will probably only last me about 3 months. I just wish that they'd sell this in stores.
Question:	Is there any tea in this? I don't see tea in the ingredients
Answer:	Besides the obvious black tea, it includes cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper and Chinese star anise. Vanilla can sometimes be added and I'm not sure if Bigelow does this.
