Question:	Do they splinter or break apart? i have a boxer that loves to chew
Answer:	After the antlers are picked up off the ground or harvested, they are washed, cut to about 8 inches and baged. But you may get the tip of the antler which is really small in diameter or get the base or midsection. The base is nice and thick. Its like receiving a "pig in the poke". You pays your money and you takes ya chances.

Answer:	Yes, I was able to reuse my (non-Rosewill branded) hot swap cages from my server tower and put into this case. In order to mount them securely, you can reuse the thin metal rails that are used to secure the pre-installed hard drive cages/fans and put them on the side of the hot swap cages. It will then slide right into the case and click into the case. It was a tight fit but they are very secure without requiring any screws for mounting.

Question:	What is the difference from cafe grade and ceremonial grade matcha
Answer:	This answer is longer than I expected TL:DR "It depends" It depends on how hard they bite down, and how the antler is cut, Our Lab/Heeler mix can chew it down pretty quick, but she's never splinted them. When I say how the antler is cut, they have to trim off the points on the antlers (for safety), any spot where the core is exposed, is going to wear down faster, and if the antler wall is thin, it may break there, or splinter. Regardless, they are last way longer than any other Natural chew we've tried, I think it's something you want to get your dog and just keep a close eye on while they are chewing, you will see how they do pretty fast. Our dog can go through a 12" bully stick in about 30 mins, It took her a few days to wear the 8" antler down to half.

In 2011, dried leaves from the year’s first harvest in the Honyama area of Shizuoka were found to contain radioactive cesium above the maximum permitted level. In 2015 traces of radioactive cesium (described as below legal maximum level) were detected in green tea shipped from Japan to Hong Kong, and that tea was imported from prefecture of Chiba. At Macha Konomi, we don't only avoid regions with no history of radiation contamination, but we also make sure we are working with farms as far as possible from Fukushima or the regions I mentioned above. That is the reason we ONLY source from Yame and Uji cities. Akira Matcha (the product you are asking about) is from Uji, Kyoto. Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Shade grown for 3 weeks

Shading prior to harvest will block more than 80-90% of sun light. This traditional step is believed to increase the chlorophyll and L-theanine content.

Carefully selected leaves

This matcha is made exclusively from first harvest leaves. We only use the most delicate and youngest tea leaves from the top of the tea plant. We never use second harvest or older leaves.

Slowly stone ground

After removing the stems and veins, tencha will be carefully ground to Matcha by stone mills (Please watch the video). The grinding process is slow enough not to create too much heat that would affect the quality of the powder and damage the flavor.

Fresh Matcha year-round

Our semi-processed leaves are stored in temperature controlled units. Those leaves will be processed and ground to Matcha in small batches as needed, then shipped to the United States every 2-3 weeks by express air freight. This process allows us to provide freshly ground Matcha through out the year.

2. I mainly drink Matcha as a tea, what grade of Matcha should I be using? If you are seeking a "tea-ceremony" flavor and quality, be careful to avoid culinary grade matcha powder. The difference between low quality and high quality Matcha in color, aroma, and taste is drastic.
3. I mainly drink Matcha as a latte, should I be choosing "ceremonial" or "culinary" grade? We highly recommend using Ceremonial grade when making a latte for two reasons: First, the milk (dairy or non-dairy) and the sweetener added to a ceremonial matcha will be complementing its flavor, while in case of culinary Matcha they will be used mainly to hide the astringent and grass-like flavor. Second, with ceremonial matcha you will need significantly less milk and less (or no) sweetener to create a delicious beverage, which will translate into lower overall calorie content, and this is of particular importance to those consuming Matcha as part of a healthy lifestyle dedicated to weight loss and an overall well-being.
4. Has this Matcha been tested for radiation and lead? Yes, we test for contamination. Radioactive cesium (Cs-134 and Cs-137) is not detected in our Matcha, and lead level is < 0.5 PPM
5. How is Matcha caffeine different than that in coffee? Caffeine in Matcha tea, while significantly less than what's in a cup of coffee, will provide energy that is known to last at least 2 hours and as long as 4-6 hours. Compared to coffee, the caffeine in Matcha tea powder is believed to be absorbed slowly which reduces the likelihood of caffeine spike, jitters or crash. Matcha is rich in L-Theanine, which is believed to act as a natural relaxant, that together with caffeine, may produce a "calming focus".
6. What is the shelf life of Matcha? Matcha should be consumed within 12-14 months from grinding, assuming it was properly stored in a cool and dark environment away from heat, light, and humidity. Once package is opened, it should be consumed within 1-2 months and continued to be stored properly (preferably by refrigeration).
7. What is the company's policy when setting the expiration date? We set the expiration date approximately 12 months from time of grinding. While Matcha does not "go bad" after 12 months, the quality and flavor are expected to change even with proper storage.
