Answer:	I couldn't find any info on the box I have in my pantry but was curious so I googled it to see if I could find anything helpful. One website said most green teas have a "trace" of sodium but when I looked up the website for Twinings Green Tea specifically, it said no sodium, potassium, cholesterol, or sugar. I hope this is helpful but the only thing I can say for certain is that I use decaffeinated Twinings coffee and find it the best for my taste.

Answer:	Yes, there are 6 boxes and each box has 16 tea bags for a total of 96 tea bags.

Answer:	IT is marketing only (Kombucha part anyway) I brew Kombucha and even when you start...if the water is too hot (as in brewing temp) it will kill the culture. You have to cool your starting batch (to an optimal 75-80 degrees) before introducing the Kombucha culture or mother. I am sure the rest of the ingredients have antioxidant and other values so it is not all bad but Kombucha is a cold tea, room temp at best.

Answer:	I changed my eating habits dramatically for the better at the time I started drinking this. Yes, my functions improved, but not to where I'd say it was an issue. I will say that staying regular, to me has been a benefit. I'd give your body a week or so to adjust to your new intake. I really like this product and will continue to recommend it.

Answer:	Yes this tea definitely works. Drink every morning and either walk for about 30 minutes or some cardio for 15-30 minutes stay consistent. You will lose weight!! The hard part about losing weight is the desires to fall back into your “normal” eating habits. Find healthy alternatives before you start your weight loss journey, even fast food places find out what you should order and not what you want to order. Black Coffee and chromium helps aid the best to this tea far as the hunger pains. This has been the best tea I have used for weight loss.
