Answer:	Yes, their instructions are quite vague. Optional First Step: heat the pot (which you are going to brew the tea) with hot water. Let this sit briefly to heat up the pot (1 minute is fine) then pour out the water you used to heat the pot. This is done just to heat the pot, not tea involved. Note that this step is more important if you are using a clay, porcelain, glass or metal pot to brew your tea. Second Step: Boil water then wait until temperature drops to 170 to 185 Fahrenheit (76 to 85 C). Third Step: Add tea to pot, then pour your water over tea to steep. Fourth Step: Steep tea between 1 and 4 minutes. Pull tea bag out. Their tea is quality enough you can usually get 3 different steepings from 1 bag. Note: You can try different temperatures (between 170 and 185) and different steep times (between 1 and 4 minutes) to see where you like your tea. I prefer mine steeped closer to 175 for 2 minutes on the first steep then 170 for 1 minute for the next two steepings.

Answer:	They may be changing the packaging. Since this question came to me I have to assume that. The tea I get is an Earl Gray Black & Green blend. It's very good. I find that green only is too bitter. I hope that helps, I can see why it is confusing.

Answer:	I am not entirely certain how to answer this question, as it was posed. This tea is NOT de-caffeinated, which you can taste immediately upon brewing. The process of decaffeinating tea, like coffee, is done by soaking the product in a lye solution for 90 days in abandoned petroleum storage tanks just outside Paris, France. (This is the ONLY facility for decaffeinating tea and coffee in the world, hence the higher prices!)This tea is NOT decaffeinated, and tastes GREAT!!!
Question:	would this tea work well for iced tea
Answer:	My experience is that Numi packages the highest quality teas and blends. If you like the flavor profile of the tea, you will probably like it iced. I usually use the Golden Chai (without dairy) for a great spicy iced tea. I've also iced a couple of their green teas.

Answer:	I use it 1-2 spoons (depending on how strong one likes the tea) with 3 (or 4) YOGI Mayan Cocoa Spice tea bags! It's delicious! And the 1lb bag won't last that long after drinking it often through the winter!

Brew 2 tea bags in 8 oz hot water. Heat 1/2 cup of the milk of your choice over the stove. How to Cold Brew Iced Tea

Cold-brewing is an easy way to make never-bitter iced tea with bright flavors. Simply steep 4 tea bags in 3 cups cold water for 8-10 hours in the fridge. Give the tea bags a good squeeze for flavor before removing. Try infusing your cold brew overnight with fresh herbs or fruit, or mix two different teas to create your own flavor.

The history of Earl Grey tea is one of mystery and intrigue. Most agree that it was named after Charles Grey, who was both an Earl and one time Prime Minister of England. There is some irony that the man who oversaw the abolishment of slavery in the British Empire is best known for a citrusy black tea, but history will run its course. There are three prevailing legends about the origins. One says that Earl Grey was visiting China and saved a tea brewer’s son from drowning. To give thanks, this brewer blended this special concoction and named it after him. Another is that two separate items were shipped to England, bergamot oranges and black tea, and the boxes broke, mixing the products, and giving the orange citrusy flavoring to the tea which became popular. Lastly, some suppose the blend was made especially for Lord Grey, as Howick Hall where he stayed had unpleasant mineral flavors in the water. This is the explanation favored today by the Grey family, while Twinings has argued that it is the first explanation. The issue became so controversial that in 2012 the Oxford English Dictionary put out a call to action, to find the first mentions of the specialty flavored tea. They found some interesting ideas. First, bergamot flavored tea was first mentioned in the early 1800’s. Contrary to the elevated stature of the tea know, originally bergamot flavoring was used to disguise low quality or stale tea leaves from China. Some time in the mid 1800’s there first appeared ads for Earl Grey’s special blend, though there has been nothing definitive about when it first appeared as Earl Grey tea, or the origin of the tea itself. Regardless of the history, the tea is now considered a staple of the tea world. Because it has a mild, balanced taste it can be used to compare different teas. Additionally, since almost every tea drinker as tasted it, it serves as a healthy point of comparison. While originally popular only in England, it has become a truly global drink.

Answer:	The ability to smell the lemon scent varies. The taste is there. This is the best pre-packaged lemon balm I've encountered, so far. To understand it.... It is like a mint plant grew up in a lemon tree grove. North American variants are tricky, but this company does a pretty good job. Caribbean lemon balm is the best, if you can find it.

Answer:	Do you mean use the dried flowers to infuse into your facial mask recipe? If so, no reason to think you can't.
Question:	How good of a cup of tea will this make and is it strong I have a hard time sleeping and need it strong
Answer:	It is really good. I steep the tea in half cup of hot water for about five to 10 minutes before I go to bed. I use a tablespoonful of Chamomile flowers and a teaspoonful of bullock tea as my sleeping aid. They both have been helping me greatly. They both taste really good too. Good luck!
Question:	The product on this page is yerba mate tea but many of the reviews are for other types of tea - what's up with that
Answer:	This is an Amazon problem in every department. Whether CDs, tea, electronics, or furniture, they conflate reviews from similar products or same vendors into one set of reviews. This happened to me yesterday looking for a flash drive; I found several with held one T of data, but the reviews mostly referenced a 64 gb flash drive. It is a totally chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching process that uses oxygen and hydrogen peroxide and has no chlorine byproducts. Our tea bag paper is 100% biodegradable and every fiber component is free from bleaching by chlorine.

Answer:	Thank you for your interest with Newman's Own Organic Black and English Breakfast tea. The English Breakfast Tea is with body and thickness that is probably consumed with milk and provides good flavor along with caffeine. The Newman’s Own Organic Black blend has very good flavor and some thickness with caffeine. It can be consumed with milk, but that will be a preference. It is good with our without milk.

Answer:	teabags themselves are paper, with paper tags on what appears to be cotton string. BUT, each bag is inside a foil-ish-lined pouch. I cannot speak to what that pouch is made of. If your goal is to minimize waste, perhaps you want to buy loose tea in bulk.
