Also, our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, although specific location information is proprietary. Our green and black teas come from Camellia sinensis plant. The formula in our 59 oz. is slightly different from our shelf stable 64 oz to accommodate the customized chilled manufacturing process utilized to manufacture this package. The 59 oz carafe is sold in the chilled section at your local grocery store and has a shorter shelf life (9-10 weeks). Answer:	I think what you want to ask is: does bottled tea have the same health benefits as freshly brewed tea? I heard that it doesn't. I think you lose some healthy components like within an hour after it is brewed. I don't think Bottling preserves everything good in fresh tea. I bet this has been researched. Wonder what good things are left in bottled teas, and if there's any Bad components created. Pretty sure plastic bottles will add some bad components.

I doubt I'll be able to note any flavor difference, and I hope I don't, since I like it just the way it was, organic or not. It's more or less the same price as the inorganic was as far as subscribe and save (about a buck a bottle, which is a great deal).

If you want less caffeine, the non-bold version only has 60 mg per bottle.

Is the product in a plastic bottle

Answer:

not sure what you mean by 'travel,' but the lid is pretty secure. i routinely put it on its side on the passenger seat of the car while it is full for my drive to work without worrying. would i put it in a bag loose with other stuff? no, because if something puts lateral pressure on the pour spout end of the silicon top, it could pry off relatively easily. That said, the top is prett secure - enough so that i can pinch-hold it at the point where the top meets the glass while the carafe is full and not worry about it slipping off.
