Answer:	I Love this product. The price is fantastic. I don't know Aveda but I love this taste. It combines my favorite licorice with a hint of mint. The mint is not over powering. I drink it for a yummy tea when I want one. You don't really even need a sweetner

Answer:	It isn't. The bags contain enough licorice to taste but very little besides. You'd have to drink significant quantities of the tea to start hurting you.
